Elizabeth Durham (1918 - June 15, 1973) was overseer and former co-chairman of the Council of Friends of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
Durham was born in 1918 in Georgia and grew up in Richmond, Virginia. She graduated from Sweet Briar College in 1939 and became a member of the Ladies Visiting Committee of Massachusetts General Hospital, a member of the board and president of the Children's Friend and Family Service Society of Salem, Massachusetts, and a president of Salem Hospital Aid Association. She was also a member of the board of directors of the House of Seven Gables Settlement Association in Salem, as well as a member of the Altar Guild of Grace Church in Salem.
Durham also served as Vice President of the Women's Association of Symphony Orchestras and as President of the Vincent Club of Boston, Massachusetts. She lived at Corn Point Road, Marblehead.
She died on June 15, 1973 at Salem Hospital at the age of 55.
