John Pantry (1629 - c. November 1653) was the son of William Pantry, one of the founders of Hartford, Connecticut. He married Hannah Tuttle, the daughter of William and Elizabeth Tuttle of New Haven, and became a freeman in Hartford in 1650. He lived in Hartford, Connecticut with his wife and had three children between 1649 and his death. In November 1653, he died in Hartford, Connecticut. Inventory of his estate was taken on November 25, 1653.

His wife became a widow, who married Thomas Welles on June 23, 1654. She died on August 9, 1683.
