William Parsons Case (March 23, 1863 - August 25, 1941) was an employee at the Veeder-Root Company in Hartford, Connecticut and a member of Springfield Commandery, Knights Templar. He was the father-in-law of Harvey Goodwin (treasurer), one of the descendants of Ozias Goodwin, a founder of Hartford, Connecticut.

He was born on March 23, 1863 in Cedar Falls, Iowa. In 1909, he moved with his family to the Hartford area. He worked at the Veeder-Root Company in Hartford, a petroleum equipment service company, for several years. He was also a member of the Immanuel Congregational Church. On August 25, 1941, he died at his home of 15 Plainfield Street after a long illness.

Case married Laura Greene in the late 1880's. The couple lived in Waltham, Massachusetts before moving to the Hartford area.
